I downloaded my work Cisco VPN client on my home laptop and I get an error message that "The client did not match the firewall policy configured on the chome download ciscoentral site VPN device. Sygate Security Agent should be enabled or installed on your computer." I searched online, but couldn't find a download or how home download ciscoto enable it. Help!
If I am understanding you correctly, you do not need to download any thing. You may just need to unblock the client on the firewall.
