I do not believe you can. Perhaps one of the Mozilla plug ins for video downloading would work, though I doubt it. However, it would be illegal, and in the strictly technical sense, I'm guessing tdownload hulu to ipodhey would take up a lot of space. Some of the Hulu videos, especially those in HD, are rather large.
You should look into getting a touch or an iPhone so that you can go to Hulu and watch them.download hulu to ipod
You may use screen capture software
or you can download video from Hulu
Anywat it is very easy to convert recorded videos to iPod
