software copy websiteMy software designer is giving me 24 hours to copy my (unfinished) ecommerce website from Wordpress?

Because of incompetence, I am terminating my website designer for my ecommerce site they are developing on word press. I dont know how to copy it, so that I can try and work on it myself.
You need to login and use Cpanel.

If you do not have login and password, you need to get it from him.
If it is in your name and you do not know it. Then retrieve it from Wordpress.
Hi.

Sorry to hear about that. You have a few options. First, you can copy everything from your CPanel, as the other poster suggested.

Since itsoftware copy website's Wordpress, you can always choose the Tools > Export option. This will export all comments, pages and posts, all verbal data. The issue with this is that it will not copy your images.

Some versions of Wordpress do apparently offer the option of uploading "attachments," when you start a new blog, but I'm not certain that will help in your situation.

I'm leaving you a link to a blog that discusses this further. Good luck.
If your development mentioned that its going to take 24 hours to finish an ecommsoftware copy websiteerce based wordpress site, they are probably right. A simple wordpress site can be completed within 24 hours time but an ecommerce site in wordpress is much time consuming but since you have already terminated the contract, you will need two things to set up your wordpress site on your server. Wordpress files plus database. If you have access to the backend, you can use a premium plugin to copy all the files. If you ask your current developer to send you the file, make sure it has the db dumb too.
