funny situational questionsFunny situational ideas for a speech??

For my speech class, I've chosen to do a "Speech to entertain" and I've decided that I'm going to just give a speech on some funny situation.

I've already thought up a few ideas, but I just wanted to see if any of you had any others. For example, I had an idea that I could write a speech pretending that Stephen Colbert (or anyone) was elected president, and it would be their inaugural address. Or another idea was from that whole Miss. South Carolina incident (
I could make up a different question...

Any other ideas that would be funnfunny situational questionsy?
First of all, major props for actually doing the assignment and asking for a little backup, instead of asking for the entire thing done by us (a lot of people do that).

You seem to like the political and current events stuff, so I'll keep to that.

Ever seen Attack of the Show on G4? They have segments on Cobra Commander from GI-Joe running for president; you could tie that in with your Colbert thing.

I've been a particulary staunch enemy of the modern rap crap (Crank that, low, ect....). Go whichever direction with insulting that as yofunny situational questionsu would like.

Ohhh, how about this one? Remember how Al Gore said that he invented the internet? You could have him making a speech, and make fun of that.

Now, I actually like this one really well: Have you noticed how video games seem to get more and more unoriginal? You could do a sales pitch on some video game combining obvious aspects from well known games.

These are just a few B-grade ideas. Nothing really fancy, but I'm brainstorming. Good luck!
